NICC will cover roundtrip airfare, ground transportation, hotel accommodations, and meals for Karen Colbert during the in-person workshop. Estimated additional cost: $3,000-$5,000 depending on travel dates and location.
Workshop Recording License
NICC is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the workshop recording for internal educational purposes only, subject to the following terms:
✅ Permitted Uses:
- • Internal faculty professional development and training
- • New faculty onboarding within NICC
- • Review by NICC staff and administrators
- • Playback in closed, password-protected learning management systems accessible only to NICC personnel
📅 License Duration:
12 months from the workshop date (November 21, 2025 - November 21, 2026)
License renewal available at a nominal fee after 12 months
🚫 Prohibited Uses:
- • Sharing, distributing, or making available to any external parties or institutions
- • Public posting on websites, social media, or video platforms (YouTube, Vimeo, etc.)
- • Incorporation into external courses, programs, or commercial offerings
- • Editing, modifying, or creating derivative works without written permission
- • Use beyond the 12-month license period without renewal

All workshop content, materials, and recordings remain the exclusive intellectual property of Atlas Executive Consulting, LLC and Karen Colbert. NICC agrees to protect the confidentiality of the recording and prevent unauthorized distribution.
