NICC will cover roundtrip airfare, ground transportation, hotel accommodations, and meals for Karen Colbert during the in-person workshop. Estimated additional cost: $3,000-$5,000 depending on travel dates and location.

Workshop Recording License

NICC is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the workshop recording for internal educational purposes only, subject to the following terms:

✅ Permitted Uses:

  • • Internal faculty professional development and training
  • • New faculty onboarding within NICC
  • • Review by NICC staff and administrators
  • • Playback in closed, password-protected learning management systems accessible only to NICC personnel

📅 License Duration:

12 months from the workshop date (November 21, 2025 - November 21, 2026)

License renewal available at a nominal fee after 12 months

🚫 Prohibited Uses:

  • • Sharing, distributing, or making available to any external parties or institutions
  • • Public posting on websites, social media, or video platforms (YouTube, Vimeo, etc.)
  • • Incorporation into external courses, programs, or commercial offerings
  • • Editing, modifying, or creating derivative works without written permission
  • • Use beyond the 12-month license period without renewal
